N6A’s Individual and Group Competitions

We work hard and reward just as hard. At N6A, we have both individual
rewards and group rewards that everyone is eligible for during their tenure with us.

N6-get-Away

The “N6-get-Away” is one of N6A’s two signature annual vacation competition programs. The program was designed to reward the highest-producing N6A team member for the first half of the year (January through June), according to our “6PA Ranking” system. Full-time N6A team members at the following levels: Account Coordinators, Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Account Managers are eligible. The winner is determined by the team member who has the highest average monthly “6PA Ranking” for the period beginning in January  and ending in June of the corresponding year, will be named the winner of the “N6-get-Away” competition.

N6A Bucket List

The “N6A Bucket List” is the second of N6A’s two signature annual vacation competition programs. The program was designed to reward the highest-producing N6A team member for the second half of the year (July through December), according to our “6PA Ranking” system. Full-time N6A team members at the following levels: Account Coordinators, Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Account Managers are eligible. The winner is determined by the team member who has the highest average “6PA Ranking” for the period beginning in July and ending in December, will be named winner of the “N6A Bucket List Weekend” competition.

Producer of the Week

The title “Producer of The Week” is given weekly to the N6A’er who’s excelled during that respective week. The team member receives Pace Points for their accomplishment.

N6A Chairman's Pick

The “N6A Chairman’s Pick” is a quarterly program to determine which N6A team member has most effectively demonstrated the values and work ethic (accountability, fearlessness, positive energy, sacrifice, selflessness, team spirit) that are aligned with N6A’s culture and foundation. The four “Chairman’s Pick” winners will receive Pace Points for their accomplishment. All N6A team members who are full-time or part-time members of the N6A team at the beginning of each quarter are eligible.

N6A Golden Group

The N6A Golden Group title is given to the highest-performing group monthly. At the end of the year, the final group who has won the most "N6A Golden Group" titles will receive $50,000 cash bonus and Pace Points to the lead, as well as an extra week of vacation for the entire group.

Team of the Month

The "N6A Team of the Month" program rewards the account team that demonstrates the most impressive results, service, and collaboration for an N6A client throughout the month. The winning team receives Pace Points for their accomplishments
